Applying for an International Patent
The application for granting an International Patent can be submitted through the Intellectual Property Section, as the appropriate Receiving Office.
The form PCT/RO/101 can be submitted, by hand / post, in English, French or German language, in three copies, along with the following fees:
- transfer fee;
- search fee;
- international application fee.

It is noted that the fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer.
