Managing an Industrial Design
After the filing of an industrial design in the Registrar of Companies, you must maintain the Register updated, by notifying any changes to its details, as well as renewing it, in order to preserve the protection right.
Terminating an Industrial Design
The protection period of a registered industrial design, may be terminated prior to the expiry of the maximum protection period which is up to 25 years, due annulment of the right by court order or due to failure to timely renew.
