The beneficiary may change the authorised person for services on their behalf and to notify the Intellectual Property Section.

Filing the appointment or change of authorised person

You may submit the application for appointment or change of an authorised person for services (form ΒΣΥ5) by hand/post.

It is noted, that no fees are imposed for the filing of the said form.

You are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and the so as to acquire a better understanding of what is required and to facilitate the process further.

Provided that the Intellectual Property Section is satisfied that all, relevant legal requirements have been met, it will proceed to the filing of the appointment of or the change to the details of the authorised person for services and updating of the industrial designs and models register.
