The main criteria of review an application for amendment of industrial design or model (form ΒΣΥ2) are the following:

• the details of the applicant/ proprietor are correct;
• in case of submission of application for change of name, a relevant certificate of change of name is submitted;
• in case of corrections due to mistakes, the details must be accompanied by an affidavit;
• in case of assignment or written transfer of rights, relevant evidence must be attached;
• the application had been duly signed. 

If the application is incomplete, a letter is issued to the applicant. Upon filing of the form ΒΣΥ2, the said corrections/changes are published. In case of assignment, a certificate of assignment is issued.
