Fill in and submit form Π.19 or Π.20 to obtain a supplementary protection certificate for medicinal or plant protection products respectively.

The fee of one hundred euro (€100) is paid with the submission of the form, payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer.

In case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed, the form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) must be attached.
