Issue of decision

Subsequently, the Section proceeds with the issue of decision, either for the dismissal of the application for revocation, or for its acceptance, in whole or in part for particular products or services. In case of its acceptance, the beneficiary is declared revoked of their rights for all products or services or for particular products or services.

The Registrar’s decision is subject to recourse before the Administrative Court. It is noted that the recourse is notified to the Intellectual Property Section.
