Registration of Intellectual Property Rights until 31/1/21
The above graph illustrates the total number of applications, for the registration of intellectual property rights, submitted to the Intellectual and Industrial Property Section, during the period from 1st of January to 31st of January 2021 and relate to:
- National Patent registrations
- European Patent Translation registrations
- National Trademark registrations
- International Trademark registrations
- Industrial Design registrations
Notably, the difference in the total number of applications for the registration of trademarks, in relation to that of previous years, is a result of the implementation of multi-class classification system.
