The Intellectual Property Section of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) hereby invites you to an online seminar titled “ECP7 TMD Implementation Support with Training”. The seminar will cover changes arising in the Trademarks Law of Cyprus after its harmonization with the European Directive as well as all resulting practice alterations.

The seminar will cover the following issues:

1. Cancellation Procedures: invalidity and revocation (NTT, CM)
2. New renewal procedure and new publication procedure
3. Withdraw of procedures and surrender of rights
   
   

The seminar will be conducted online on 13th October 2022 from 11:00am to 12:30pm in Greek with simultaneous English translation.

The seminar is useful to the legal and commercial world alike.
