Webinar “ECP7 TMD Implementation Support with Training”
The Intellectual and Industrial Property Section of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) hereby invites you to an online seminar titled “ECP7 TMD Implementation Support with Training”. The seminar will cover all changes arising in the Trademarks Law of Cyprus after its harmonization with the European Directive as well as all resulting practice alterations.
The seminar will cover the following issues:
- What has changed in relation to filing a trade mark application in Cyprus?
- What has changed in the trade mark examination process in Cyprus?
- What has changed in the trade mark opposition procedure in Cyprus?
The seminar will be conducted online on 16th September 2021 from 10:30am to 12:00pm in Greek with simultaneous English translation.
The seminar is useful to the legal and commercial world alike.
