Third party invoices for payments of Trademark fees
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property hereby announces that it has come to its attention that applicants and representatives of Trademark Applications have received invoices for payment of fees irrelevant with the Department’s Trademark Registration process. Those invoices have not related at all either with the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). Public is therefore urged to act with care regarding the authenticity and payment of such invoices.
