As of 23March 2015, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

IPOPHIL first joined ASEAN TMview which was developed by the Intellectual Property Offices of the ASEAN Member States with the support of the EU-ASEAN Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (ECAP III Phase II) administered by OHIM.

IPOPHIL’sdecision to join TMview is a result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its partners worldwide.

This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 38 and with the addition of about 325.000trade marks from the Philippines, TMview now provides information and access to almost 25,3 million trade marks in total.

Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 12,1 million searches from 151 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.
