The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry hereby announces that filing of applications for the “Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund” Vouchers 1, 2 and 3 which was temporarily suspended, are available as from 16 September 2024.

The “Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund” grant scheme, which is co-funded by the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the European Committee, partially subsidiarizes Intellectual Property rights filing fees .

Voucher 1 partially subsidiarizes pre-diagnostic services fees “IP Scan” and “IP Scan Enforcement”, Voucher 2 partially subsidiarizes Trademark and Industrial Design registration fees and Voucher 3 partially subsidiarizes fees related to the registration of Patents.

The SME reimbursement Fund scheme will be in force until 6 December 2024 or until the availability of funds is exhausted.
