Amendment of payable fees for Patent Search Report
The Intellectual Property Section of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, hereby announces that as from 1st/1/2024 until 31st/12/2026, the following Search Report fees are in effect, for Search Reports issued by the European Patent Office.
- EUR 2.468 for a search report with written opinion and
- EUR 2.170 for a supplementary search report with no written opinion.
The fee payable for a search report with written opinion for small and medium enterprises, natural persons as well as research centers and universities, will be 494 euros, and for a supplementary search report with no written opinion the fee payable will be 434 euro.
