Trademarks Law (CHA.268) tutorials
The Intellectual Property Section of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property hereby announces that 3 tutorials were posted on “Guides” section re alterations in the Trademarks Law of Cyprus (CHA.268) and all resulting practice alterations resulting from harmonization with European Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate trade mark legislation of Member States.
