Fill in and submit form Π.14 to proceed with the restoration of a patent or a patent application, which has been terminated due to no timely renewal or abandonment of right.

Form Π.14 is accompanied by the following:

• Application for restoring of patent or application rights (form Π.15);
• Application for renewing a patent or application for granting a patent (form Π.13)
• Form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) in case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed;
• The fee of one hundred euros (€120), payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or via bank transfer.
