Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 07 to renew your trademark, accompanied by the corresponding renewal fee:

• seventy five euro (€75) and sixty euro (€60) renewal fee for every class of products and services beyond the first; or
• one hundred and twelve euro (€112) in case of renewal of collective or certification trademark by hand/via post and sixty euro (€60) renewal fee for every class of products and services beyond the first; and
• an additional fee of fifty percent (50%) of the renewal fee, in case of renewal within 6 months from the expiry date of the previous protection period.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer, in case of submission by hand/post.

Alternatively, you may renew your trademark online, by paying via credit card, the following fees:

• the fee of seventy thry euro (€73) and an additional fee of fifty nine euro (€59) for every class of products and services beyond the first; or
• in case of application for registration of collective or certification trademark, the fee of four one hundred and ten euro (€1100) and an additional fee of fifty nine euro (€59) for every class of products and services beyond the first.
