Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ.14 to object to the registration of a trademark within three (3) months from the publication of the decision, given that it conflicts with a relative or absolute reason of objection.

With the submission of the said form, the fee of three hundred fourty eight euro (€348) is paid.  The fee is payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer, in case of submsission by hand/post.
