Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ.15 to notify the Intellectual Property Section, within two (2) months from the notification date, regarding the resolution, by amicable settlement, of a dispute during the procedure of objection to the registration of a trademark.

It is noted that no fees are paid upon the submission of this form.
