Fill in and submit form Π.10 for the issue of a Certificate that allows the release to you of a microorganism sample, the use of which is required for the performance of the invention disclosed by a patent application or a patent.

Form Π.10 is accompanied by the following:

• Undertaking not to dispose of the culture to any other person for as long as the application for granting a patent or the patent is valid and there is no possibility of renewal or restoration of a patent or of the application for granting a patent;
• Undertaking to use the culture for experimental purposes only until the application is dismissed or withdrawn or deemed to be withdrawn or until the date of publication in the Official Gazette that the patent has been granted.
• The fee of one hundred euros (€100), payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or via bank transfer.

In case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed, the form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) must be attached.
