Fill in and submit form Π.6 to submit an objection to an application filed for a proposed patent correction. Form Π.6 is filed in duplicate within 3 months of the publication date of the proposed correction.

A fee for one hundred euros (€100) is paid with the submission of the said form, payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or via bank transfer.

In case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed, the form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) must be attached.
