Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 02 to safeguard your trademark, accompanied by:

• representation of the mark, except in the case of word trademark;
• in case where priority is claimed:
  • statement mentioning the date and the country of earlier submission;
  • certified copy of the earlier submission or certificate of submission by the competent authority;
  • certified translation in the Greek language of the priority documents;
• in case where the application concerns the registration of certification trademark or collective trademark, the regulation of use of the said trademarks is also submitted;
• the fee of one hundred and forty one euro (€141) and the additional fee of one hundred and two euro (€102) for every class of products and services beyond the first one is paid;
• in case of submission of application for registration of collective trademark or certification trademark, the fee of four hundred and forty three euro (€443) and the additional fee of one hundred and twenty eight euro (€128) for every class of products or services beyond the first one is paid.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer, in case of submission by hand/post.

Alternatively, you may register your trademark online, by paying via credit card, the following fees:

• the fee of one hundred and twenty nine euro (€129) and the additional fee of ninety four euro (€94) for every class of products and services beyond the first one; or
• in case of an application for registration of collective trademark or certification trademark, the fee of four hundred and fifteen euro (€415) and the additional fee of one hundred and sixteen euro (€116) of every class of products or services beyond the first one.
