Details
Fill in and submit form Π.16 to obtain an involuntary license for patent exploitation.
The said form is accompanied by the following:
- proof that the owener has received notice from you for granting a license, but you could not obtain such license on reasonable terms and within reasonable period of time;
- indication fot the preparation of a plan on which you intend to rely in exploiting the patented invention, including proof that you have the capacity to perform the patented invention in the Republic of Cyprus;
- form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) in case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed;
- The fee of one hundred euros (€100), payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or via bank transfer.
