Form for applicant's observations during objection or declaration of invalidity
Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 17, within two (2) months from the date of the relevant notice by the Intellectual Property Section to the applicant, or the beneficiary, respectively, to submit your observations to support the application for registration of your trademark or to maintain your trademark registered.
In particular, provided the Section is satisfied that the objection to the application for trademark registration or the application for declaration of invalidity of a registered trademark is admissible, it sends the evidence to the objector to the applicant, or the beneficiary, respectively, and requests to submit the observations together with the relevant evidence.
It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of the form.
