Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 20, in order to submit a request for further observations and evidence in relation to the registration, objection, forfeiture or cancellation procedures.
In exceptional cases, depending on the circumstances or the complexity of the case, and at the request of the parties, the Intellectual Property Section may allow the parties to submit further comments and evidence.
It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of this form.
