Details
Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 25, in order to submit, within two (2) months from the receipt of the notice from the Intellectual Property Section the following:
- your observations as beneficiary of the trademark that is subject to trademark revocation procedure;
- relevant documents regarding substantial use or existence of reasonable cause for non-use of your trademark.
It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of this form.

Alternatively, you may submit the form via the trademark's e-filing system.
