Community Design or Sample

If you wish to protect your industrial design or sample throughout the territory of the European Economic Area EU/EEA, you may submit an application for registration of your design as community design or sample.

National Design or sample in other countries

Furthermore, you may register your design as a national Industrial Design or sample in any other country or territory which enables such registration.
In such case, it is advisable firstly to obtain information regarding the national law and the conditions for registration and protection applicable in the said countries
